We are grateful to work alongside businesses, therapists, and community organizations who trust us with referrals. Please use this form to connect a woman to First Light’s services. Our approach is trauma-informed, community-centered, and always grounded in consent and dignity.

Important: First Light is a nonprofit organization providing structured, non-clinical community support. We do not provide therapy, crisis intervention, emergency services, or case management.
