Individual Referral

Use this form to refer yourself or a woman you care about to First Light. Once submitted, our team will connect with the individual directly in a supportive and confidential way. All participation in our services is voluntary, and we prioritize safety and autonomy at every step.

Important: First Light is a nonprofit organization providing structured, non-clinical community support. We do not provide therapy, crisis intervention, emergency services, or case management.
